Sunlight is so good for your mental health because it provides the vitamin d our bodies need. Vitamin D boosts our levels of serotonin, a natural mood booster that also regulates our sleep and wake cycle. Celebrating natural light not only benefits our health, but will cut down energy costs that can go towards your next grocery list. Using precious sunlight as much as we can is a sustainable and lovable way to make your home shine bright! As we get into ways of celebrating natural light, you might consider rooms in your home that receive the most sunlight and how these rooms can be suitable to what you make of them.
