Sunlight is so good for your mental health because it provides the vitamin d our bodies need. Using precious sunlight as much as we can is a sustainable and lovable way to make your home shine bright! As we get into ways of celebrating natural light, you might consider rooms in your home that receive the most sunlight and how these rooms can be suitable to what you make of them.
